Possible cause: Clutch slippage, worn forward clutch, reverse clutch or low-reverse brake, low line pressure, TP sensor misadjustment, VSS failure, input/turbine speed sensor malfunction, sensor ground malfunction, stuck shift solenoids, pressure control solenoid system, body ground malfunction, manual valve, pressure regulator valve, pilot valve, pressure modulator valve, faulty gearshift lever and/or stuck parking mechanism.
