Possible Causes

Following items are possible causes for DTC P0743, P1742, P1743 and P1744:
- Poor engine performance.
- Engine overheating.
- Low battery voltage.
- TCC shift solenoid malfunction.
- TCC shift solenoid open or short circuit.
- Damaged or corroded harness connection.
- Brake switch malfunction.
- Turbine shaft speed sensor malfunction.
- Output shaft speed sensor malfunction.
- Valve body malfunction.
- Misadjusted shift linkage.
- Transaxle overheating.
