Disassembly & Reassembly

  1. Remove one-way clutch retainer using a flathead screwdriver. See Fig 2.
  2. Remove one-way clutch, side races and snap ring from front internal gear. See Fig 3.
  3. To assemble, install snap ring. Install the one-way clutch to the front internal gear in the direction of the arrow (on the one-way clutch). See Fig 4.
  4. Install the side race. Install one-way clutch retainer. Ensure one-way clutch rotates clockwise only.
