Possible cause: low line pressure, TP sensor malfunction, VSS failure, input/turbine speed sensor malfunction, shift solenoids sticking, poor body ground, pressure control solenoid sticking, valve body failure, shift linkage misadjustment, poor ground to sensors or solenoids, forward clutch, 3-4 clutch, 2-4 brake band, one-way clutch No. 1, and/or one-way clutch No. 2 slippage.
