Possible Causes

Following items are possible causes for DTC P1765:

3-2 timing solenoid malfunction.
Open or short to ground or power in solenoid circuits between PCM and 3-2 timing solenoid.
Damaged connectors or wiring harness between 3-2 timing solenoid and PCM.
PCM malfunction.
