Possible Causes

Following items are possible causes for DTC P0731:
- Low ATF level.
- Deteriorated ATF.
- Shift solenoid "A", "B" and "C" or pressure control solenoid stuck.
- Low line pressure.
- Forward clutch, one-way clutch No. 1 and/or one-way clutch No. 2 slipping.
- Control valve stuck.
- PCM malfunction.
