Exhaust Manifold - RH: Removal

  1. Remove the generator. Refer to REMOVAL & INSTALLATION (3.0L) .
  2. Remove the exhaust flexible pipe. Refer to EXHAUST FLEXIBLE PIPE - 3.0L DURATEC (4V)  .
  3. Disconnect and remove the RH heated oxygen sensor (HO2S). Refer to HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR .
  4. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) tube. Refer to EXHAUST MANIFOLD TO EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION .

  5. Remove the RH manifold.
    • Discard the gasket.
