Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the front door trim panel. refer to FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .
  2. Position the watershield aside.

  3. Loosen the door latch remote control screw.

  4. Remove the exterior door handle cover.
    1. Pull the exterior door handle.
    2. The front of the cover must be released prior to removing.

  5. Remove the exterior door handle by sliding towards the rear of the vehicle.

  6. Remove the exterior door handle seals.
  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
