Removal (B2300 & B2500)

  1. Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Remove upper intake manifold and throttle body assembly. See UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD .
  2. Disconnect fuel supply lines. Disconnect wiring harness from injectors. Disconnect vacuum line from fuel pulse damper. Remove fuel rail bolts. Carefully disengage fuel rail and fuel injectors from engine. Remove fuel rail and injectors. Remove injectors from fuel rail by using a rocking motion.
