Release fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove fuel tank. Remove screws around fuel pump assembly. Remove fuel pump and sending unit assembly. To install, clean gasket surface on fuel tank. Reverse removal procedure.
