Removal (B2300)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor is located at front of engine near crankshaft pulley. See Fig 1. Disconnect CKP sensor harness connector. Remove plug (bolt) for Crankshaft Timing Peg (303-507). See Fig 2. Install Crankshaft Timing Peg and turn crankshaft pulley to Top Dead Center (TDC). See Fig 3. Remove CKP sensor. Install Timing Pin. See Fig 4.
