Rollover Valve (626)

Two rollover valves are built into top of fuel tank.
- Remove fuel tank. Plug main and return fuel pipe on fuel pump. Plug port "B". Connect SST 49-U014-001 to air compressor and to port "A" on fuel tank. See Fig 1 . Apply 0.98 kPa to port "A". Air should flow from port "C". If airflow is not present at port "C", replace fuel tank. If airflow is present, go to next step.
- Remove plug from port "B" and plug port "C". Apply 0.98 kPa to port "A". Air should flow from port "B". If airflow is not present at port "B", replace fuel tank. If airflow is present, go to next step.
- Turn fuel tank upside down with port "C" plugged. Apply 0.98 kPa to port "A". Air should not flow from port "B". If airflow is present, replace fuel tank. If airflow is not present, go to next step.
- Remove plug from port "C" and plug port "B". Apply 0.98 kPa to port "A". Air should not flow from port "C". If airflow is present, replace fuel tank.
