Fuel Shut-Off Valve (Millenia)

Fuel shut-off valve is an integral part of fuel tank. If fuel shut-off valve malfunctions, replace fuel tank.

  1. Remove fuel tank. Connect SST 49-U014-001 to an air compressor. Plug outlets on fuel tank. See Fig 1 .
  2. Connect SST to fuel filler port.
  3. Ensure there is airflow from shut-off valve port when 0.99 kPa pressure is applied. If airflow is not detected, replace fuel tank.
  4. Turn fuel tank upside down. Ensure there is no airflow from fuel shut-off valve when 0.99 kPa is applied. If airflow is present, replace fuel tank.
