Charge Air Cooler By-Pass (CACBYP) Actuator

Remove vacuum hose from CACBYP actuator. See Figure . Connect vacuum pump to CACBYP actuator and apply about 7.5 in. Hg of vacuum. Actuator rod should retract. If CACBYP actuator does not operate, replace CACBYP actuator.
