P1624: Immobilizer System Communication Counter = Zero: Condition

DTC is set when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects immobilizer system communication malfunction more than 3 times. Possible causes are:
- Engine start was attempted 3 times during malfunction.
- Code word does not match.
