DTC P1652: PSP Switch Failed On: Condition

DTC is set when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects low signal voltage from Power Steering Pressure (PSP) switch (switch on) for one minute when vehicle speed is more than 37.4 MPH and engine coolant temperature is more than 140°F (60°C). This is a continuous monitor. MIL is illuminated when PCM detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:
- PSP switch malfunction.
- Short circuit between PSP switch and PCM.
- PCM malfunction.
