DTC P1410: EGR Boost Sensor Solenoid Valve Stuck: Condition

DTC is set when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects EGR pressure is same as barometric pressure during EGR system testing; EGR boost solenoid valve stuck. This is a continuous monitor. MIL is illuminated when PCM detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:
- EGR boost solenoid valve malfunction.
- Loose vacuum hose between EGR boost sensor and EGR boost solenoid valve.
- Loose vacuum hose between EGR boost sensor and intake manifold.
- EGR boost sensor malfunction.
- Other vacuum hoses disconnected or misrouted.
- PCM malfunction.
