DTC P0481: Condenser Fan Control Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects input voltage from condenser fan relay does not change when engine coolant temperature is more than 226°F (108°C), or when KOEO or KOER self-test is being performed. Possible causes are:
- Condenser fan relay malfunction.
- Short or open circuit between condenser fan relay and PCM.
- Open circuit between fuse and condenser fan relay.
- PCM malfunction.
