DTC P0480: Cooling Fan Control Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects input voltage from cooling fan relay does not change when engine coolant temperature is more than 212°F (100°C), or when KOEO or KOER self-test is being performed. Possible causes are:
- Cooling fan relay malfunction.
- Short or open circuit between cooling fan relay and PCM.
- Open circuit between fuse and cooling fan relay.
- PCM malfunction.
