Valve Guide Inspection

Measure the inner diameter of each valve guide in X and Y directions at the three points (A, B, and C) shown. Replace the valve guide as necessary.
Standard Inner Diameter
1. 6.02-6.04 mm {0.2371-0.2377 in}

Measure the protrusion height (dimension A) of each valve guide without the lower valve spring seat. Replace the valve guide as necessary.
Standard Height
1. 18.3-18.9 mm {0.721-0.744 in}
