DTC P1650: Power Steering Pressure (PSP) Switch, Out Of Range: Condition

DTC is set when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects PSP input voltage is out of range. Possible causes are:
- PSP switch malfunction.
- Short or open circuit between PSP switch and PCM.
- PCM malfunction.
