DTC P1250: Fuel Pressure Regulator Control (PRC) Solenoid Valve Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when Powertrain Control Module (PCM) does not detect change in PRC solenoid valve control signal while KOEO of KOER self-tests are being performed. Possible causes are:
- PRC solenoid valve malfunction.
- Short or open circuit between PRC solenoid valve and PCM.
- Open circuit between main relay and PRC solenoid valve.
- PCM malfunction.
