Resistance/Continuity Test-Turbine Shaft Speed (TSS) Sensor

  1. Set an ohmmeter to the 1,000 ohm range.
  2. Connect the positive lead to the + TSS jack.
  3. Connect the negative lead to the - TSS jack.

  4. Record the resistance.
  5. TSS should be 140-290 ohm. 
    • If out of specified range, refer to the DTC troubleshooting. See DIAGNOSTIC TESTS .
