Front Drive Belt Auto TENSIONER

Remove the front drive belt. (See FRONT DRIVE BELT .)
Verify that the drive belt tensioner moves smoothly in the operational direction.
- Replace the drive belt auto tensioner if necessary.

Turn the drive belt auto tensioner pulley by hard and verify that it rotates smoothly.
- Replace the drive belt auto tensioner if necessary.
Install the drive belt.
Tightening Torque

20-30 N.m {2.1-3.0 kgf.m, 15-22 ft.lbf}
