B2300, B2500, B3000 & B4000

  1. Measure camber and caster to determine if adjustment is necessary. If adjustment is necessary, remove upper control arm nuts and alignment plates. Install service cam and nut. See Fig 1 .
  2. To increase caster, move front of upper control arm outboard and move rear of upper control arm inboard. See Fig 2 .
  3. To increase camber, move front and rear of upper control arm outboard equally. See Fig 2 .
  4. To decrease caster move front of upper control arm inboard and move rear of upper control arm outboard. See Fig 2 .
  5. To decrease camber move front and rear of upper control arm inboard equally.
    NOTE: When adjusting camber/caster, adjusting lower control arm adjustment cam is not recommended.
  6. On 4WD vehicles, to increase caster split, loosen lock nuts on bracket. Adjust caster set bolts forward. See Fig 3 .
  7. To decrease caster split, loosen lock nuts on bracket. Adjust caster set bolts rearward. See Fig 3 .
