Loosen adjusting nuts "A" and "B". With throttle lever closed, adjust nut "B" to wide open throttle position. See Fig 1. Tighten nut by hand. With throttle lever in closed position, push down on throttle cable, and tighten nut "A" to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Ensure cable does not come off bracket. Throttle cable adjustment should be .03-.05" (.8-1.5 mm) at nut "A". Move throttle cable and verify smooth operation.
