Crankshaft Front Oil Seal: Installation

Apply clean engine oil onto new seal. Push oil seal slightly in by hand. Compress oil seal using Crankshaft Seal Installer (49UN303335) and (49UN01002). See Fig 1. Ensure seal is fully seated. See Fig 2. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
