Crankshaft & Main Bearings

Measure crankshaft runout. See CRANKSHAFT, MAIN & CONNECTING ROD BEARINGS  table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS. Main bearing are available in various sizes to accommodate production tolerances. Bearing sizes from 1 to 3 are used in combinations. To determine correct bearing application, obtain code stamped on rear crankshaft flange, and on rear of cylinder block.
