Rear Washer Hose Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the headliner. See HEADLINER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove the rear washer hose from the clips.
  4. Remove the door lock control module. See DOOR LOCK CONTROL MODULE .
  5. Remove the bolts mounting the PCM. See POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE .

  6. Remove the bolts mounting the blower unit. See FRONT BLOWER MOTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  7. Move the blower unit to the cooling unit side.
  8. Remove the grommet of the rear washer hose.
  9. Partially peel off the right side mud guard and remove the rear washer hose from the clip.
  10. Remove the rear washer hose from the washer tank.
  11. Install in the reverse order of removal.
