Diagnostic tests or repairs are not to be performed on side air bag system with front seats installed in vehicle. Prior to diagnosis or repair of side air bag, remove front seats and ensure appropriate air bag simulators are installed at side air bag connectors. See FRONT SEAT under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
