Upper Arm Removal - 4x2

- Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
- Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
- Remove the front disc brake rotor shield. See FRONT BRAKE ROTOR REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
- Use a suitable jack to support the front suspension lower arm.
- Mark the position of the front suspension upper arm adjustment cams.
- Remove the upper ball joint retaining nut and pinch bolt.
- Separate the ball joint from the front wheel spindle.
- Remove the front suspension upper arm.
- Remove the two nuts and bolts.
- Remove the front suspension arm bushing joint.
