Vehicles with ABS

- Remove the bolt and position the anti-lock brake sensor aside.
- Separate the lower ball joint from the wheel knuckle. Remove the pinch bolt. Separate the lower ball joint from the wheel knuckle.
- Using the special tool, separate the halfshaft from the wheel knuckle. Position the halfshaft aside and support.
- Remove the wheel knuckle. Remove the strut-to-wheel knuckle bolts. Remove the wheel knuckle.
- Using the special tool, press the wheel hub from the wheel bearing and knuckle.
NOTE: This step may not be necessary if the inner wheel bearing race remains in the wheel knuckle, after removing the wheel hub.
- Using the special tool, press the inner wheel bearing race from the wheel hub.
- Remove the snap ring.
- Using the special tools, press the outer wheel bearing race from the wheel knuckle.
NOTE: The brake disc shield is pressed on.
- If necessary, remove the brake disc shield.
