Boot Band (Transaxle Side) Assembly Note

CAUTION: Install the band into the groove securely.

Fold the band back and use pliers to pull it tight.

NOTE: Always use new bands.

NOTE: The band should be folded in the direction opposite to the forward revolving direction of the axle shaft use pliers to pull it tight.

Lock the end of the band by bending the locking clips. See Figure .
