By-Pass Air Solenoid Valve - Millenia 2.3L

  1. Solenoid valve is located in right rear of engine compartment. To identify solenoid valve, see appropriate illustration in VACUUM DIAGRAMS article. Disconnect vacuum hoses and connector from solenoid valve.
  2. Apply air pressure to a solenoid valve port. Air should not flow through valve. Using fused jumper wires, apply battery voltage to solenoid valve terminals. Air should flow through valve. Replace solenoid valve as necessary.
