Fuel Shut-off/Rollover Valve

  1. Clean area around quick release connector. Disconnect fuel lines and wiring from fuel tank. Remove fuel tank with pump. Plug main fuel and return lines at pump. Plug ports "A" and "D". See Fig 1 .
  2. Blow through port "B". If air flows out of port "C", remove port "A" plug and go to next step. If air does not flow out of port "C", replace tank.
  3. Plug ports "C" and "D". Blow through port "B". If air flows out of port "A", remove port "C" plug and go to next step. If air does not flow out of port "A", replace tank.
  4. Turn tank upside down. Blow through port "B". If air flows out of ports "A" or "C", replace tank. If air does not flow out of ports "A" or "C", test is complete.
