Will Not Crank

Check for A/T range switch circuit malfunction.
Check for charging system malfunction.
Check for burned fuse.
Check for hydro-locked engine.
Check for low battery charge.
Check for main relay malfunction.
Check for misadjusted A/T range switch.
Check for open circuit between ignition switch and starter.
Check for poor ground connection.
Check for seized drive plate (A/T) or flywheel (M/T).
Check for starter cut relay stuck open.
Check for starter interlock switch malfunction (M/T) .
Check for starter malfunction.
Check for theft deterrent system malfunction.
Ensure clutch is fully depressed (M/T).
Ensure transaxle or transmission is in Park (A/T) or Neutral (M/T).
