Check for Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor malfunction.
Check for inoperative air charging pressure control system (Millenia 2.3L).
Check for intake air system leak.
Check for mis-adjusted air adjusting screw.
Check for misadjusted or binding cruise control cable.
Check for misadjusted throttle cable.
Check for throttle body malfunction.
Check for Throttle Position (TP) sensor malfunction.
Check for Throttle Position (TP) sensor mis-adjustment.
Check for vacuum leak at intake manifold.
