Oil Pump Screen & Pickup Tube: Installation

  1. Install the O-ring seal. Use a new seal if necessary.

  2. Install the oil pump screen cover and tube.
    1. Position the oil pump screen and pick up tube.
    2. Install the bolts.
    3. Install the nut.
      1. Tighten the nut in two stages.
      2. Stage 1: Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
      3. Stage 2: Tighten 45 degrees.

  3. Install the oil pan. Refer to OIL PAN .
