Removal and Installation

  1. Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING

  2. Separate the thermostat housing.

  3. Remove the thermostat and the O-ring seal from the thermostat housing.
    NOTE:
    • Clean and inspect the sealing surfaces.
  4. To install reverse the removal procedure.
