Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
  2. Position the hood latch out of the way.

  3. If equipped, remove the upper radiator tie strap.
  4. Raise and support the vehicle.

  5. Remove the lower center support bolt and the lower fan bolts.
  6. Lower the vehicle.

  7. Remove the upper center support bolt and the upper center support.

  8. Disconnect the LH fan electrical connector.

  9. Remove the LH and RH upper radiator supports.
  10. Tilt the radiator forward for clearance.

  11. Remove the five bolts and the LH cooling fan.

  12. If necessary remove the bolt and disconnect the electrical connector, remove the RH fan.
  13. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
