Canister Vent Valve: Service and Repair

CANISTER DRAIN CUT VALVE (CDCV) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise the rear of the vehicle and support it with safety stands.




3. Remove in the order indicated below.
1. Clamp
2. Evaporative hose
(See Evaporative Hose Installation Note)
3. CDCV

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Evaporative Hose Installation Note
1. Install the evaporative hose until it contacts the stopper.
