Fore-Aft Clearance (Gap)

Open sun roof about 4 inches. Remove forward edge of weatherstrip. Fully close sun roof. Measure gap between forward edge of sun roof panel and roof opening. For gap tolerances, see SUN ROOF ADJUSTMENT SPECIFICATIONS table. To adjust gap, loosen sun roof panel mounting nuts and reposition panel to adjust gap as necessary. Tighten screws.
