Removal & Installation (Millenia)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Tilt steering column to lowest position. Remove cap and panel light control switch. Remove instrument panel cover screws. Remove instrument panel cover. Remove hazard switch from instrument panel. To install, reverse removal procedure.
