Right Turn Indicator

  1. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect instrument cluster 16-pin harness connector C-214. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Place multifunction switch lever in right turn position. Measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 10 (White/Light Blue wire) at instrument cluster harness connector C-214. See Figure -Figure . If voltage toggles between zero and greater than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage does not toggle between zero and greater than 10 volts, repair open or short in White/Light Blue wire.
  2. Disconnect instrument cluster 12-pin harness connector C-215. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Measure resistance between ground and terminal No. 7 (Black wire) at instrument cluster harness connector C-215. See Figure -Figure . If resistance is 5 ohms or less, go to next step. If resistance is greater than 5 ohms, repair open Black wire between instrument cluster and ground.
  3. Check for continuity across right turn indicator bulb. If continuity exists, replace instrument cluster printed circuit. If continuity does not exist, replace bulb.
