Removal & Installation

  1. Remove brake fluid level sensor connector. See Fig 1. Remove brake pipe. On Protege, remove hose (MTX). On all models, remove master cylinder. See MASTER CYLINDER R & I . Remove "O" ring (ABS Model). Remove vacuum hose. Remove snap and clevis pin.
  2. On Millenia (KJ Engine), remove connector and holder. On all models, remove nut and fork. Remove power brake unit. Remove gasket and spacer (MTX), if equipped. To install, reverse removal procedure. Bleed air from system.
