Removal & Installation (Millenia)
- Disconnect negative battery cable. On models equipped with a 2.3L engine, remove radiator grill. On all models, remove left upper seal board. See Fig 1
. Remove radiator reservoir with hoses still connected. Position radiator reservoir away from radiator.
- Disconnect cooling fan motor connector. Remove cooling fan assembly. Remove cooling fan blade and motor from shroud.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
. Start engine and allow it to reach normal operating temperature. Ensure cooling fan motor operates smoothly.
