Continuity Check

Using air pressure, check oil pressure switch. With air pressure less than 7.1 psi (.5 kg/cm² ), switch should be closed. With air pressure above 42.7 psi (3.0 kg/cm² ), switch will remain open until pressure drops to less than 7.1 psi (.5 kg/cm² ). See Fig 1 .
