Hydraulic Unit (Solenoid Valve Test)

  1. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect hydraulic unit 6-pin connector. Measure resistance between following terminals. See Fig 1 .
    • 4F (Black/White wire) and 4A (left rear solenoid valve, Brown wire)
    • 4F (Black/White wire) and 4B (right rear solenoid valve, Violet wire)
    • 4E (Black/White wire) and 4C (left front solenoid valve, Yellow/Green wire)
    • 4E (Black/White wire) and 4D (right front solenoid valve, Blue/Orange wire)
  2. Resistance should be approximately 3 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, check hydraulic unit wiring harness or replace hydraulic unit.
