Removal & Installation (B2200, B2600i, Miata, Protege & 323)

  1. Raise and support rear of vehicle. Release parking brake. Remove wheel and brake drum screws. Thread screws into tapped holes in brake drum to force brake drum off of axle flange.
  2. Replace brake drum if measured diameter exceeds maximum diameter specified. See DRUM BRAKE SPECIFICATIONS  at end of article. To install, reverse removal procedure.
