Installation (B2200 & B2600i)

  1. Lightly coat input shaft splines, release bearing and fork contact areas with molybdenum disulfide grease. Align clutch cover dowel holes with flywheel dowels. Tighten clutch cover bolts evenly in crisscross pattern.
  2. To complete clutch assembly installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all retaining bolts/nuts to specification. Refer to the TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS (B2200 & B2600i) . On MPV 4-cylinder, see Figure for clutch housing-to-engine torque specification.
